Refund & Return Policy

At UrbanShop.Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver top-quality fashion products and ensure your shopping experience is smooth and secure. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must not be in the “non-returnable” category (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, clearance items, etc.).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., undergarments, socks).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse or neglect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@urbanshop.fashion or use our contact form.
  2. Mention your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. We will verify the request and provide the return instructions.
  4. You must ship the product(s) back to our address (shipping details will be shared).
  5. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be made to your original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (as per your preference).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange depends on product availability. If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or different product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos and your Order ID to support@urbanshop.fashion.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before they are shipped.
  • Once the item is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If canceled in time, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
